Will summer ever come?

Thankfully it is starting to look like the weather is going to warm up and help melt the last bits of snow and dry the course out a bit!

I'd like to start by introducing myself, for those who I have yet to meet. My name is Ryan Harvey and I am looking forward to the upcoming season as the Head Golf Professional. I hope that we are able to make the Fort St. John Links Golf Course synonyms for a friendly and helpful atmosphere where golfers of all abilities are able to enjoy themselves. As a bit of a background of myself, I grew up in Fort St. John before moving to Vancouver Island. While there I met my wife and we now have three children under 5! During my time on Vancouver Island I completed a Professional Golf Management Diploma from Camosun College and became a member of the PGA of Canada. We moved back to the north (once you drink from the Peace...) and I spent the previous four golf seasons at Lakepoint Golf & Country Club while managing the Fort St. John Curling Club in the winters. I look forward to meeting everyone and ensuring we are meeting your expectations.

The pro-shop is ready to go!

As for the Pro-Shop we currently are having a Spring Grip Sale with prices as low as $5.00 per grip installed. We also have received all of our new product for the season with the latest clubs from TaylorMade, Cleveland, Cobra, Titleist and Odyssey. The new clothing this year looks amazing with offerings from Adidas, Antigua, Puma and Lopez. We are also having a blowout of last seasons golf clubs so if you are in the market for some new product at a cheaper price come see us and we will help you get the right clubs.

The first Ladies Night will be May 26th, and you can now call in and sign up!
